quick back story. steve had quick back surgery and it was botched. they nicked his spine. he is leaking spinal fluid which is causing these headaches. he said he is dealing with more pain as a coach than he ever did as a player. they said yesterday he was mr. the weather but steph curry gave him the game ball last night. he don't give a coach a ball for a cold or flu, so you know something is up. who showed up, steve kerr. >> last few days have been difficult. you guys saw me at the end of game two. i was very uncomfortable. i was uncomfortable at practice the other day. and with things getting worse, i just made the decision i couldn't coach. so as of now, i'm consulting with my doctors. i'm hoping for some improvement if i can get improvement, i'll get back on the sidelines, but

restaurants. a new neighborhood to channel the spirit of bay area sports legends. in san francisco, cornel bernard, abc 7 news. >> new rules went along the street where it is often find a hard place to park. you can now legally park along the planted medians during certain hours on friday evenings, saturdays and sundays. this follows complaints about people parking in traffic lanes. many of those drivers park there while attending near-by churches or deloris park. >> i think is a start to see where we can go. you know, they shortened the distance that people can park. that's a part of our commitment to the community to come out and really limit where people can park. >> cars can be ticketed if they are parked in the gaps between medians or where red zones have been painted along deloris street. >> gunfire claiming the life after young man and the search is on for his killer.

around 8:00 last night at college heights park, the victim is identified at this time only as 21-year-old man. new details on this house fire in the south bay investigators now say an unintended candle in the bedroom caused the fire. night.news was at the scene last fire crews saying flames coming out after second-story window climbed out down a tree. she was treated at the scene. solar panels on the metal roof hindered efforts to fight the flames. developing news from new york city, a house fire killing five people including three children in queens. that's new york city's deadliest fire in more than two years. witnesses said they heard loud booms coming from the two-story home moments before they saw the flames. other neighbors told reporters they saw badly bird child being carried out of the home. one man survived after falling out of a window. officials say it'll take a while to figure out exactly what started that fire. we first told people about the fire with the push alert

election held in two weeks. president trump's 100th day in office is less than a week away and a new poll shows he has the lowest approval rating that point of any president inolls since 1945. according to a new abc ns washington post poll, 42% of americans approve and 53% disapprove of president trump's performance. the poll also found that 96% of those who voted for him in november say they would vote for him again today. on saturday, his 100th day in office, he will hold a rally in pennsylvania instead of attending the white house controver correspondents dinner. no staffers plan to attend the dinner either a tweet, quote, new polls are out today are very good considering that much of the media is fake and almost always negative. would still beat hillary in a popular vote. trump lost the popular vote by almost 3 million.

developing news, many airlines passengers are wondering when they get to their destinations from sfo. so far airlines cancelled 151 flights even though today's weather is clear. other flights face delays of up to three hours. you are looking live at sfo where one of the airport's four runways are closed for repaving. we will have an update and live report coming up on abc 7 news at 6:00. new buses may carry you around san francisco. this is kweting final approval from board of directors to get more from the trolly bus fleet. all of san francisco's new trolly buses should be in service by 2019. >> dozens of holocaust survivors gathered in berkeley to honor the millions who perished in world war ii.
